Schedule of Operations (1 December 2022)

Separation Physicals / Retirement Physicals, Re-enlistments and Separation Physical Validation:

Active Duty members will be supplied with the correct paperwork and made aware of all pre-appointment requirements. Members are advised to return to the MRC once all requirements are complete at which time they will be scheduled an appointment for completion of the physical. If you ever carried a TLD you will more than likely require a termination RAD physical. Please speak to the screener for more information.
 
Active duty members requesting Re-enlistment and Separation Physical Validations will be provided the required paperwork. Members are advised to return for pick up after 48 hours. Validations must be completed within 30 days of the members terminal leave date.
 
Auxiliary Security Force, High Risk screenings, Fleet Reserve, AA&E, Lateral moves and all Reserve matters:

Overseas Screenings/Sea Duty Screenings/ Transfers/ Special programs/Queries:

Members must present with HARD COPY ORDERS and will be provided with the required paperwork and notified of all pre-appointment requirements. Members will return once all requirements are complete and drop of the package to be screened and scheduled for their part 2 appointment.   
 
Queries: If at time of screening medical clearance is required by the gaining command your package will be sent for a “query.” These queries can take 7-10 business days or longer. Once we receive official notification we will contact you at the number provided.

  • All medical readiness requirements must be completed prior to the final appointment for ANY screening or physical (including required forms filled out in their entirety).
  • All initial screenings will be completed on a walk in basis during the designated times.

If you have an emergency, call 444-3333 (on Naval Station) or call 911 (civilian community) to request an ambulance. Please do not bring patients to the clinic after normal business hours as this may delay access to the care they need.
