Medical Home/Deployment Health

• Please call Hampton Roads Appointment Center, to schedule an appointment 1-866-645-4584
• For operational screenings/audiograms please call 757-953-6250
• Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Laboratory/Radiology/Immunizations

• Services currently unavailable at BHC Northwest
• If your child needs immunizations, schedule a wellness appointment with the Hampton Roads Appointment Center at 1-866-MIL-HLTH (645-4584). Immunizations will be reviewed and administered at that time.

Dental

• For dental services, please report to the Boone Dental Clinic Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
• Sick call hours Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• If you are experiencing pain or swelling, report to Boone Dental Clinic any time before 3:15 p.m.
• All dental records have been relocated to Boone Clinic
  For access to your records call 757-953-8334 or 757-953-8335 or report to the Boone Clinic directly
• If you are experiencing an after-hours dental emergency:
  • Report to Branch Dental Clinic Naval Station Norfolk, 1647 Admiral Taussig Blvd., Norfolk, VA, Monday through Friday 3:15 p.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Report to Naval Medical Center Portsmouth Emergency Room 24/7
