Provide occupational medical surveillance and physical examinations to active duty and government employees, treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, and civilian overseas duty exams for JEB Little Creek-Fort Story, and NSA Northwest Annex.

Audiograms are done on a walk-in basis, Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 11 a.m., and 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. Medical records are required. Limited capacity.
