Provide occupational medical surveillance and physical examinations to active duty and government employees, treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, and civilian overseas duty exams for JEB Little Creek-Fort Story, and NSA Northwest Annex.
The primary objective of the Navy Occupational Health Program is to ensure a safe and healthful work environment for all Navy and other DOD personnel.
Audiograms are done on a walk-in basis, Monday-Friday from 7:30–11 a.m., and 1–2 p.m. Medical records are required. Limited capacity.
