My Military Health: Improving the Patient Experience
The Defense Health Agency is changing how you access care and how we deliver it, making care more focused on you as a person. You’ll soon have faster, easier, and more convenient access from your phone, tablet, or laptop to online tools and services to help meet your health care needs.
The Defense Health Agency selected Naval Medical Center Portsmouth from among 45 military hospitals, setting it apart as one of the first five sites to launch My Military Health. My Military Health is a new suite of online tools and technologies to help you to engage in your health. You’ll have access to a range of digital care solutions, including:
- Digital companions, so you can stay connected to your health care team between visits.
- Ability to schedule virtual appointments, get appointment reminders, and access virtual waiting rooms.
- Ability to search online for network primary and specialty care providers.
With My Military Health, we’ll meet you where you are – at home, at work or in your community.
