If you are picking up for someone else (family member, spouse, child, etc.), please bring a copy of their military ID card with you to the pharmacy.

New Prescriptions

All prescriptions must be submitted electronically by your provider.
Some exceptions apply. Ask your pharmacy representative for more information.

Activate your prescriptions using Q-Anywhere during your selected pharmacy's work hours.

Text “get in line” to (833) 217-2199 or
scan the QR Code and follow the prompts.

You will receive a text message when your prescriptions are ready for pickup.

Text “I am here” upon arrival at the pharmacy you selected and listen for your number.

No Cell Phone

Call the Pharmacy Call Center at
757-953-0258 during your referred pharmacy’s work hours and follow the prompts to talk with a representative.

All pharmacies can be reached between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.
