Life is busy, so it’s important you have the prescriptions you need when you need them. The TRICARE Pharmacy Program, administered by Express Scripts, makes staying on top of your prescription drugs easy. How? Through the free Express Scripts Pharmacy mobile app. The app lets you locate TRICARE retail network pharmacies and securely manage your medications by ordering prescriptions, tracking orders, requesting and canceling refills, and completing other tasks.

NMCP Enhances Warfighter Readiness with Innovative Virtual Physical Therapy
Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) is at the forefront of enhancing the physical readiness of military members in the Hampton Roads area with the launch of a new virtual physical therapy program called Sword Thrive. This initiative, part of a pilot program by the Defense Health Agency (DHA), addresses common barriers to care, such as packed schedules, travel distances, and time away from work.

Uncontrolled bleeding is the leading cause of death resulting from injury. In the critical moments after a traumatic injury, any bystander can become a lifeline. That is the core principle behind the "Stop the Bleed" training initiatives being provided by Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) trauma center personnel.

DHN Atlantic Aims to Improve Colorectal Cancer Screening Rates with At-Home FIT Kits
Colorectal cancer is a significant health concern, but early detection through screening can dramatically improve outcomes. In a proactive effort to boost screening rates and potentially save lives, the Defense Health Agency (DHA) has rolled out a Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) Kit mailing program across its Continental United States (CONUS) Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). Defense Health Network (DHN) Atlantic is playing a key role in this initiative, bringing convenient, at-home screening directly to eligible beneficiaries.
