July 15 - HRAC Temp Hours

To accommodate planned facility maintenance, the Hampton Roads Appointment Center (HRAC) will modify its hours beginning Thursday, July 18, through Tuesday, July 23.
 
Updated operating hours to call the HRAC at 1-866-645-4584:

• Thursday and Friday (July 18 and 19): 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. 

• Saturday, July 20:  7 a.m. – 12 p.m. 

• Sunday, July 21: CLOSED.  

• Monday and Tuesday (July 22 and 23): 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.  

 Outside of these hours, active duty and Tricare beneficiaries needing urgent care should dial 911 or contact the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273.

**Notice: Changes to Naval Medical Center Portsmouth Pharmacy hours of operation**

 
Beginning Saturday, July 6, weekend pharmacy services at TPC Chesapeake will be temporarily discontinued.
 
For weekend prescriptions needed same day, visit the main NMCP Pharmacy, which will now be open 7 Days a Week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Weekend prescription activation requests can be submitted at any time (24/7) to your preferred pharmacy location using Q-Anywhere. You will receive a text during the open hours of your pharmacy when your prescription is ready for pickup.
 
Weekday pharmacy hours at the clinics remain unchanged.
 
All pharmacy locations are also now closed on federal holidays.
