Immunizations

The Immunizations Clinic provides immunization services to active-duty personnel and all enrolled TRICARE beneficiaries.

• Appointments are required and can be made by calling HRAC at 1-866-645-4584.  Limited walk-in services are offered and based on availability.
• All Active Duty must be in Uniform of the Day when requesting service.
• All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (with appropriate paperwork). Children 14 years and older are required to have a dependent ID card.
• All first-time patients must bring their shot record.
• Deployers must bring a memorandum of deployment or a copy of orders showing the AOR to which they will be deploying.
• Tuberculin Skin Tests (PPDs) cannot be administered on Thursdays or on Fridays when the following Monday is a holiday.
   
• FLU VACCINE: Walk-in hours for the flu vaccine are Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. If other vaccines are needed, an appointment will be required. 

Allergy Program

• BHC Boone’s Allergy program is an extension of off the NMCP Allergy clinic. All allergy shot appointments must be scheduled by calling the Hampton Roads Appointment Center (HRAC) at 1-866-645-4584.
