Immunization Clinic
The Immunizations Clinic provides immunization services to active duty personnel, their dependents, retirees and their dependents, and all other TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries.
Commands with Operational Deployment or Readiness needs with more than 10 sailors, please contact our main immunizations clinic at 757-953-2207 for information on an External Shot Call. The External Shot Call provides immunization services to groups to ensure maximum readiness with MINIMAL wait times. Immunizations staff will come to the command location to administer vaccinations.
Medical Records are required for immunizations to be given. For pediatric patients, please bring shot cards in addition to the medical record. Only children receiving services should be brought to the clinic.
Tuberculin Skin Test (PPDs) cannot be placed on Thursdays or on Fridays when the following Monday is a holiday.
Allergy Shots are administered on Mondays from 7:15 a.m. to 2 p.m., and on Wednesdays from 7:15–11 a.m.. Patients must bring their medical record, allergy record and epi-pens. Allergy immunotherapy patients must have Allergist immunotherapy orders. A 30 minute observation period is required after receipt of allergy injections.
