Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) - Boone Branch Clinic

Who is eligible?

• Personnel enrolled to NMRTU Boone or those who have a non-MTF provider.

What is the timeline?

• Once initial paperwork is submitted, Boone EFMP will have the paperwork screened by clinic providers. This normally takes 1-2 weeks.
• We will call the sponsor/parents once complete to review and sign the paperwork before it is submitted to PERS.
• PERS approval normally takes 2-3 weeks if there are no additional concerns identified.
• Families can check NFAAS for updates on approval or contact our office.
