For Medical appointments call the Hampton Roads Appointment Center at 1-866-645-4584, Monday through Friday 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday/Holidays (except Christmas Day) 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

After Hours Care
Emergency Care
A life-threatening medical situation such as Shortness of breath, chest pain, serious burns, severe allergic reaction, difficulty swallowing or breathing, loss of consciousness, or mental health emergencies.
Urgent care
non-life-threatening health issues that require immediate attention, such as sprains, flu-like symptoms, colds, and other common illnesses.
Patients should call and make an appointment with their PCM for non-emergency care.
•Active Duty should report to their medical department first for care and instructions.
•No Medical Department? call the Nurse Advice Line (NAL) at 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273) for an authorization for any network urgent care center.
•Families of Active Duty personnel can be seen at a network urgent care center without being charged for the visit
•Retirees and their beneficiaries will have a copay of $33 for the remainder of 2022,
and $36 after Jan. 1, 2023.
•Call 1-866-645-4584 to book appointments for regular weekday hours.
•The Emergency Rooms at NMCP and the 633d Medical Group at Joint Base Langley-Eustis will be open for emergency care 24/7/365 if all other options are not available.
