Hampton Roads Appointment Center (HRAC) outage

ATTENTION: Date Change

Due to a scheduled outage, the Hampton Roads Appointment Center (HRAC) will be closed on Saturday, May 11th, and will not have access to schedule medical appointments at Military Treatment Facilities in the Tidewater region. The appointment center will reopen on Sunday, May 12th, at 7:00 a.m.
 
Active duty and Tricare Prime enrolled beneficiaries in need of urgent care should dial 911 or contact the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273.
