TRICARE MAIL ORDER PHARMACY:  For questions, call toll free 877-363-1303. Copay applies for up to a 90-day supply (30-days for controlled substances). Please allow up to 14 days for processing. You will be billed by Express Scripts for the TRICARE-mandated copay amount. See flyer or website for details.  

RETAIL PHARMACY NETWORK: For questions, call (toll free) 866-363-8779 (866-DOD-TRRx). Most Hampton Roads area pharmacies are TRICARE retail network pharmacies. Copays apply for up to a 30-day supply (higher copay and deductible at non-participating pharmacies).  You may have your retail prescription transferred to a military pharmacy by presenting your latest prescription label at the military pharmacy. To transfer prescriptions from a military pharmacy to a retail pharmacy, have the retail pharmacy call the originating pharmacy listed above.
