Pediatrics

Welcome

The pediatricians and pediatric specialists at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth are dedicated to the care of children, adolescents and young adults. In addition to General Pediatrics, our Faculty includes physicians and professional staff in 29 separate pediatric medical and surgical specialties. They have been trained at some of the nation’s best medical schools including the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Walter Reed, Stanford, Harvard, Johns Hopkins, Baylor, University of Virginia, to name a few. All of our pediatric Faculty are board-certified/eligible, active in research and passionate about training the next generation of military pediatricians. The pediatric training program is one of the best in the country with our graduates achieving 100% board certification and scores always well above the national average.

You should expect and we aim to provide nothing but an exceptional visit. If you have any ideas to improve our program, I want to know about it. Please contact me with your thoughts and suggestions to improve YOUR Department of Pediatrics.
