NMCP’s SARP Program Cleans Base Shoreline

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Jan. 9, 2020) Clarice Lorenzini, Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program (SARP) recreation therapist, alongside her patients, collect trash along the shoreline behind the base gym.
