Mission Statement

The primary mission of the Branch Health Clinic Naval Weapons Station Yorktown is to provide quality health care to operating forces of all branches of the United States military, as well as occupational health services to eligible military and civilian personnel.

We are deeply concerned with your opinion regarding the quality and timeliness of the health care you receive. Your comments are very much appreciated and provide us with insight and opportunities to improve our services. Any concerns or questions can be directed to our Patient Contact Representative at 757-953-8442.

If you have an emergency, call 887-4911(on Naval Station) or call 911 (civilian community) to request an ambulance. Please do not bring patients to the clinic after normal business hours as this may delay access to the care they need.

Pharmacy

Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday – 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Call (757) 953-6337 or 1-866-285-1008 for refills anytime during the day and they will be ready for pick up in three (3) working days after 1 p.m.
 
All new prescriptions must be activated prior to arrival by usage of these three options: QR Anywhere Code, Text Message (1-833-217-2199), or a direct phone call to the pharmacy (1-757-953-8456).

New prescriptions dropped off/ activated by 2 p.m. will be available for pickup by 3:30 p.m. the same business day.
 

Q-anywhere is available up until 6 p.m. at select locations. 
The Q-anywhere service mirrors the specific pharmacy hours of operation.

Availability of Services

Open to all active duty and their beneficiaries. NWS civil service personnel requiring care associated with occupational medicine issues. Retired personnel are eligible for pharmacy services / immunization services.
