Clark Health Clinic performs a variety of minor, to include incision and drainage of abscess, skin biopsy, and insertion of Nexplanon, Insertion of Intrauterine Device, Colposcopy, and wart removal. Please complete the minor procedure form and give to the patient to bring to front desk to schedule procedure appointment. If you do not have a procedure form, your nurse can obtain these forms for you.

Clark Health Clinic optometry services provide a wide range of services including examining of the eyes for health and vision problems. Diagnose and treat eye disease. Pharmacy hours are 8:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m. Patient MUST SEE PROVIDER to receive controlled substances.  For all other medications, please advise patient that their name will show on the board outside pharmacy.
