Medical Homeport

Description of Services

Medical Homeport provides comprehensive medical care to active duty personnel assigned to Branch Health Clinic NWS Yorktown, their families and TRICARE PRIME enrollees up to the age of 65 years.

All appointments are available by calling the Hampton Roads Appointment Center at 1-866-MIL-HLTH (1-866-645-4584), through TRICARE Online at www.tricareonline.com, or requested online via Relay Health at www.relayhealth.com.

If you are feeling ill, please call the Nurse Advice Line (NAL) at 1 800-874-2273. The NAL will provides nurse triage, clinically appropriate advice (ranging from emergency to self-care), and MTF appointing 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Patients must be enrolled to BHC Naval Weapons Station Yorktown through TRICARE Prime before appointments can be scheduled (this does not include portability). Applications are available at the Health Benefits Advisors Office located at BHC NWS Yorktown. Only children receiving services should be brought to the clinic.
