Navy Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) held its Nursing Skills Fair, Oct. 18-22. More than 400 registered nurses, licensed nurses and Navy hospital corpsmen participated. NMCP HOLDS NURSING SKILL FAIR

PORTSMOUTH, Va. — PORTSMOUTH, Va. (October 18, 2021) – Navy Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) held its Nursing Skills Fair, Oct. 18-22. More than 400 registered nurses, licensed nurses and Navy hospital corpsmen participated.

To recognize Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the commanders from Naval Medical Forces Atlantic (NMFL), Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), and Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads (NSA HR) gave their signatures to proclaim October 2021 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month, in NMPC’s historic Bldg. 1 foyer, Oct. 6. NMCP Launches 4DX Projects to Improve Health and Readiness

NMCP Holds Change of Command Ceremony

Portsmouth VA — PORTSMOUTH, Va. (June 18, 2021) – Capt. Shelley Perkins became Naval Medical Center Portsmouth’s (NMCP) 79th commanding officer during a change of command ceremony on June 18. Perkins relieved Capt. Lisa Mulligan, who had commanded the medical center since July 2019.
